If you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met:-
1. The two items must be identical.
2. The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
3. The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
4. This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't in a sale or on special offer.
5. You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g website where you saw the product.
6. The alternative item must currently be available.
7. Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
Promotional codes can only be used on order of value greater than £500. Orders of £500-£999 will be eligible for a 5% discount. Orders of £1000+ will be eligible for a 10% discount. The discount will be automatically calculated at checkout but is not applicable on any additional delivery charges. Any other order below £500 that tries to use these codes will have the order rejected and refunded immediately.
There are certain ranges that are exempt from the additional promotional code discounts.
