All our items are delivered free of charge on orders over £150. Items under £150 are subject to a nominal £15 charge.

At roomstogo the level of service we offer you is an extremely important part of the whole process. That’s why we are using the services of one of the UKs leading home delivery companies, so you can purchase your furniture from us safe in the knowledge that your order will be delivered to home at a mutually convenient time in a professional manner.
Large items are transported directly to your home in specially equipped vans and are carried in by trained delivery staff. Unlike some of our competitors, you will not be asked to assist with unloading heavy or bulky items. We do not use a courier service as our experience tells us this is unreliable and nearly always results in damages meaning a further delay to you.

Your delivery date is worked out on stock levels at the manufacturer and your postcode. We endeavour to get you your order as quickly as possible, and this is usually within 10-15 working days. Where there is a delay to this then we will advise you, and if we can we will always try and beat these times.

All our deliveries are free of charge to mainland UK postcodes on orders over £150. Any order below £150 is subject to a nominal £15 charge.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address (e.g. port). Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
